About the Wall Street Protocol Checklist

The Wall Street Protocol Ultimate Checklist is a comprehensive framework for evaluating stock trading opportunities based on technical analysis and proven trading principles.

Checklist Criteria

1. Price Above 50-Day Moving Average

The stock price should be trading above its 50-day simple moving average, indicating short-term bullish momentum.

2. Price Above 200-Day Moving Average

The stock price should be trading above its 200-day simple moving average, indicating long-term bullish trend.

3. Golden Cross (50-Day MA Above 200-Day MA)

The 50-day moving average should be above the 200-day moving average, a classic bullish signal.

4. Volume Above Average

Current trading volume should be at least 1.5x the average volume, confirming breakout strength.

5. Positive Relative Strength

The stock should show positive Mansfield Relative Strength, indicating outperformance versus the market index.

6. Stop Loss Defined

A logical stop loss should be set, typically 7-8% below entry price or below recent support levels.

7. Reward-to-Risk Ratio ≥ 2:1

The potential reward should be at least twice the risk, ensuring favorable risk management.

8. Clear Setup Parameters

Entry point, target price, and stop loss should all be clearly defined before entering the trade.
